Consultancy
It is common international use that the owner appoints an experienced
consultant to transform the owner's requirements into project documents
which are understandable for contractors. This system is by far
the most economic solution for the owner because he can rely on
the expertise of his consultant.
Comprehensive Consultancy means :
Pre-design and detail design
In this phase we will prepare the project based on scientific criterias
and calculations. During the design phase we optimize several alternatives.
As our philosophy is "Modifications on paper are manifold cheaper
than modifications of the built up work".
Preparing Tender Documents
We will prepare tender documents and select a contractor objectively
by using the multi criteria analysis. The cheapest bid is not necessarily
the best one. There are many aspects to be considered. We think
"Good work could only be achieved by quilifed contractors".
Supervision of Construction Work
A permanent quality control on the contsruction site is compulsory
to guarantee the high quality of the work.
Master
Planning
An
area for industrial or residential estate is normally developed
according to the master plan. We provide our service in master planning
of the infrastructure required in industrial and housing estate.
Normally
we will start the master planning with collecting data and a study
of general condition. Then we will assume some design criteria and
look for alternatives and select a system which suits the owner's
needs and given locality. Through this approach we can determine
the best solution for your estate.
Accordingly
we will investigate financial aspects such as cost optimation of
investment, operation cost, depreciation cost and a comprehensive
investment scenario.
We
have developed master plans for road, water supply and waste water
management of some housing and industrial estate around Jakarta.
With the master plan we have helped the owner determining the concept
and guide lines to assure a profitable and sustainable construction
and development of his estate.
